BRIEF
The primary objective of the workshop was to empower young people within GISDA to create a VR experience designed to alleviate the anxiety of newcomers.

The series of 6 workshops aimed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to develop this VR project collaboratively.
SESSIONS
The workshops started with brainstorming and storyboarding, where young people generated and refined ideas, fostering a collaborative spirit.
They then delved into hands-on training with VR tools and techniques.
The participants worked together like a professional studio, leveraging individual strengths and discovering new skills in areas such as UI/UX Design, 360 Camera skills, Character development, Script writing, Voice overs, motion capture, Unity games engine and more!

By the final session, they had not only created an immersive VR experience but also formed a cohesive team, each member contributing unique talents and newfound expertise to the project, ready to make a meaningful impact.
THE RESULT
The results of the VR workshop were outstanding.

Additionally, the workshop empowered the young participants with valuable skills in VR development, teamwork, and project management. Some discovered new talents, enhancing their confidence and opening up future opportunities in technology and creative fields.
The project not only met its objective but also fostered a sense of achievement and community among the participants.
